Bu sure i\u00e7eresinde ilk iki ay proje merkezi ve organlar\u0131n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi, devam eden iki ay hedef kitle ve nihai yararlan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n veri taban\u0131 sistemine al\u0131nmas\u0131 ve hizmet merkezlerinin organizasyonu,\u00a0devam eden ayda i\u015fletme ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n motivasyonu, sonraki \u00fc\u00e7 ayda ise i\u015fletmelerin servis lojistik sisteminin kurulmas\u0131 ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n e\u011fitimi ve son d\u00f6nemde de\u011ferlendirme ve rehabilitasyon i\u015flemleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beklenen sonu\u00e7lar:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Trabzon yerelinde bulunan otomotiv i\u015fletmelerinin veri taban\u0131na kay\u0131tlanacakt\u0131r.                             \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Otomotiv i\u015fyerleri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n belirlenerek sisteme giri\u015fi sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r.                                         \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Otomotiv \u0130\u015fletmeleri (servisler) de rehabilitasyon uygulanacakt\u0131r.                                                      \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Trabzon Sanayi ve Ticaret Odas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n geli\u015ftirilmesi ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n e\u011fitimi                                 \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Trabzon Mesleki E\u011fitim Merkezinin sistemine giren guruplar\u0131n (kalfa, \u00e7\u0131rak,usta ve usta \u00f6\u011fretici) motivasyonu ve kay\u0131tl\u0131 istihdam yap\u0131s\u0131na kazand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131.                                                                    \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 istihdam\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi i\u00e7in model geli\u015ftirmektir.                                                           \u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Servis y\u00f6netici ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 kay\u0131tl\u0131 istihdama y\u00f6nlendirilecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;\u00d6nerilen faaliyetlerinin ve etkililiklerinin tan\u0131m\u0131;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Organizasyon ve et\u00fct faaliyetleri\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tan\u0131t\u0131m, bilgilendirme ve motivasyon faaliyetleri<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bilgi-i\u015flem veri analizi faaliyetleri<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>E\u011fitim \u00f6\u011fretim faaliyetleri<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De\u011ferlendirme ve analiz faaliyetleri<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Davran\u0131\u015f ve anlay\u0131\u015f de\u011fi\u015fimi<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u0130\u015fletme geli\u015ftirme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bilin\u00e7 ve beklenti de\u011fi\u015fim geli\u015ftirme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>E\u011fitimde y\u00f6ntem ve yeni \u0130leti\u015fim<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0Mevcut yerle\u015fim bilgileri, (k\u0131sa-orta-uzun), hedef ve ama\u00e7 belirleme, Y\u00f6ntemler- metotlar, Strateji belirleme, (y\u00f6netim-organizasyon- tan\u0131t\u0131m), Geli\u015fmeler, \u00c7\u0131kt\u0131lar ve d\u00fczeltmeler, Veri taban\u0131<strong>, \u0130nternet<\/strong>\u00a0firma, Tan\u0131t\u0131mlar, AYK\u0130P \u00fcyelerinin a\u011f ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131, Kalite y\u00f6netim sistemi, \u0130\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi, Hukuk yararlan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131 sistemi, Ortak muhasebe sistem, Ar-ge ve dan\u0131\u015fma faaliyetlerinde bulunulacakt\u0131r.\u00a0,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td>B\u00fct\u00e7esi ve S\u00fcresi<\/td><td>12 Ay&nbsp;&nbsp; 219.896,69 Euro<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hedef Gruplar ve nihai yararlan\u0131c\u0131lar;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00c7\u0131rakl\u0131k ve Meslek E\u011fitimi sistemi yararlan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131:<\/strong>&nbsp;Trabzon yerelinde de\u011fi\u015fik alanlarda sanayi sitelerinde otomotiv sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde MEM sistemi d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan usta \u00f6\u011fretici, usta, kalfa ve \u00e7\u0131raklard\u0131r. Bu say\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k 1000 ki\u015fi oldu\u011fu tahmin edilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tamirci \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131:<\/strong>&nbsp;Kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 olarak \u00e7e\u015fitli otomotiv i\u015f kollar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ki\u015filerdir. \u00c7o\u011funlu\u011fu; motor, kaporta-boya, oto elektrik alanlar\u0131nda bulunan ki\u015filerdir. Say\u0131lar\u0131 yakla\u015f\u0131k olarak 500 civar\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00d6zel Servis \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131:<\/strong>&nbsp;Y\u00f6netici, teknik ve idari personel olarak kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u00f6zel servis elemanlar\u0131d\u0131r. Tahmini say\u0131s\u0131 200 civar\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tamirciler ve servisler:<\/strong>&nbsp;Kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 olarak Trabzon yerelinde i\u015flevini s\u00fcrd\u00fcren tamamen veya k\u0131smen kay\u0131t d\u0131\u015f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u015fletmelerdir. Bunlar\u0131n k\u0131smi kay\u0131ts\u0131z olanlar\u0131n tahmini say\u0131s\u0131 50 civar\u0131ndad\u0131r. Tamamen kay\u0131ts\u0131z olanlar ise bu oran\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131 kadar tahmin edilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131<\/strong>: Odaya ait baz\u0131 yaz\u0131l\u0131m ve donan\u0131mlar geli\u015ftirilecek ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir alt yap\u0131 kurulacakt\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca hizmet sunumu konusunda oda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 ve y\u00f6netimi e\u011fitilerek kalite ve verim art\u0131\u015f\u0131 sa\u011flanacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>TMEM-Trabzon Mesleki E\u011fitim Merkezi ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131:<\/strong>&nbsp;Trabzon MEM de konu ile duyarl\u0131 bir e\u011fitim ve y\u00f6netim kapasitesi bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bu duyarl\u0131k geli\u015ftirilecek, veri taban\u0131, yaz\u0131l\u0131m ve donan\u0131mlar geli\u015ftirilecek, y\u00f6netim ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarda de\u011fi\u015fim olu\u015facakt\u0131r. Yeni y\u00f6ntemler geli\u015fecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dolayl\u0131 faydalan\u0131c\u0131lar:<\/strong>&nbsp;Genelde b\u00f6lgede ve \u00f6zelde yerelde nihai faydalan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n \u00e7evresi ve yak\u0131nlar\u0131 ile Vergi dairesi, Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu ve \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma B\u00f6lge M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi kamu kurumlar\u0131 da dolayl\u0131 ve ekonomik olarak yararlanacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AYK\u0130P projesi yerelde otomotiv bak\u0131m onar\u0131m hizmet i\u015fletmelerinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ve belirlenen sorunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fcnde etkili y\u00f6ntemler ile faydal\u0131 olacakt\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131n hizmet kalitesinin geli\u015ftirilmesi ile sorunlara kal\u0131c\u0131 bir \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm getirilecektir. Yerelde dolayl\u0131 ve \u00e7evresel yararlan\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131n da baz\u0131 beklentilerine destek yap\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AYK\u0130P Proje teklifi bu teklif \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131nda belirtilen hedefler, \u00f6ncelikler ve ko\u015fullarla %100 \u00f6rt\u00fc\u015fmektedir. Teklif \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131nda ortaya konulan temel hedef olan kay\u0131tl\u0131 istihdam\u0131n \u00f6nlenmesi i\u00e7in do\u011frudan yap\u0131lan bir projedir. Ayr\u0131ca proje ile kay\u0131ts\u0131z i\u015fletme ve y\u00f6neticilerine y\u00f6nelik etkinlikler ortaya koyulacakt\u0131r.
